Briseyda Zárate has been dancing since the age of 5. She’s an inspired and skilled flamenco artist, celebrated for her fiery intensity and her ability to convey the tragic elements at the heart of Flamenco. She is among the few in the top-most level of those practicing this art form in the United States. Her career highlights include the Madrid Tablao El Cafe de Chinitas and the 2010 edition of El Festival de Jerez under the direction of Javier La Torre.Currently Briseyda works and lives between Los Angeles, CA and Spain where she performs as soloist and with her company.
Sol, La Argentinita was born Glenda Sol Koeraus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Now based in New York City, Sol performs and tours with numerous Flamenco dance companies, and has been performing with the Metropolitan Opera for the past two seasons in Zeferelli’s producton of La Traviata. Since summer 2008 through winter 2009, she danced with the internationally renowned company Soledad Barrio and Noche Flamenca in numerous tours and productions. Sol is a two-time recipient of the Cristina Heeren Foundation scholarship as well as a scholarship recipient of the Jerome Foundation’s Travel and Study Grant and the school at Jacob’s Pillow.

Adrian Alvarado is a very versatile guitarist, with a solid career as soloist, session musician, as well as sideman for many artists in the Flamenco scene, Jazz and Brazilian music.
