Con la memoria stretta in gola by Margarita Drago (Book presentation)

Brigidina Gentile / Italian translation

About the book:

A work of surprising poetic amplitude. The author, who surprised us with Memory Tracks: Fragments from Prison (1975-1980), now offers the reader poems that reveal her experience marked by oppression, the recuperation of memory, the search for her origin and the desire to establish an axis in the world. Every poem incites to read the next, in a book that captivates for its multiple meanings and the presence of an authentic voice with an undeniable poetic quality.
